What are my subscribe options?
If you purchase any integrated hardware, you can use the Medroco Connect application free of charge until the specified date. Membership packages for individual users and centers will be announced very soon.
Can I switch to a different plan?
If the subscription package you use is a monthly subscription, you can switch to the package you want. It is charged only for the time used during the month.
How can I pair my device?
You can easily complete the pairing by following the pairing steps that come out of the box of the device you purchased. If you have any problems, you can contact Medroco Technical Team at any time.
Do you issue refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the services, you can get a refund within 30 days.
