Mini golf in sunlit gardens: five courses, forty-five holes. First you turn the arrow to aim; hold your wrist still and the aim locks. Then you swing your arm like a pendulum: the power of the putt comes from how fast you swing. Dog-leg corridors, sand and water punish playing straight at the flag. What it trains: aiming asks you to hold the wrist steady, and the putt asks for a smooth, measured swing from the shoulder. Upper limb movement, hand eye coordination and focus in a single round. Where it fits: daily exercise for shoulder and arm mobility, gentle seated activity, enjoyable skill work in clubs and gyms. Professionals may use it at their own discretion for supportive exercise and data collection. How to play: with the wrist motion sensor or straight from the touchscreen; on Meta Quest 3 the controller itself is the putter.
