How to withdraw from your purchase

How to notify us

1. Easiest: open the tracking link in your order email and press “I want to withdraw from this purchase”. Your notice is recorded instantly and you get a request number.
2. Email: simply write your full name, order number and that you wish to withdraw to info@medroco.com. You can also use the model form below.
3. Post: you can send your notice in writing to: Medroco Medikal Robotik A.Ş. – Orta Mah. Kavaklar Cad. No:15 Ofisada Plaza, Adapazarı/SAKARYA – +90 546 207 97 50.

You can also withdraw before the product is delivered. It is enough to send the notice within the 14-day period.

What happens next?

• We send you a confirmation email once your notice reaches us.
• Return shipping details are sent by email; Medroco pays for return shipping.
• Send the product back with its box and accessories within 10 days of your notice.
• Everything you paid, including delivery costs, is refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us. How long it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.
• You are not liable for changes caused by trying the product in line with its instructions; you are liable for any loss of value caused by other use.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

There is no right of withdrawal for digital services performed instantly in electronic form and started with your consent (Medroco One subscriptions); you can cancel your subscription at any time. Products made to your personal needs and the other cases listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation are also excluded. Details are in the agreements:
