You run an endless neon corridor. Walls close lanes, amber barriers ask you to jump. The music is generated by the game itself: the corridor flashes on every beat and the tempo climbs with your speed. What it trains: as the corridor speeds up, your decision window shrinks. Lateral stepping, jumping and staying on the beat work together, and your heart rate climbs as the run goes on. Where it fits: a short, high tempo conditioning block, reaction and agility work, gym warm ups. Professionals may use it at their own discretion for supportive exercise and data collection. How to play: with the balance platform, a motion sensor or the touchscreen.
