Skyward
Gamification- Coordination and Rhythm
- Upper Limb Movement
- Attention and Focus
- Gamified Exercise

You glide over rolling valleys as rings arrive one after another, tightening with every level. You steer the plane with your wrist or your arm, and every ring you pass makes the next one a little harder. What it trains: hitting a ring means bringing the arm to a particular angle and holding it there. Upper limb range, fine directional control and focus working together. Where it fits: daily exercise for shoulder and wrist mobility, seated activity, gamified skill work with children and teenagers. Professionals may use it at their own discretion for supportive exercise and data collection. How to play: with the wrist motion sensor or the arm unit; also playable on Meta Quest 3.
